Tanya Quintieri
Interim Chief Operating Officer
Tanya is a multipreneur with more than two decades of experience as a language service provider. As a US citizen with roots in Germany, Lithuania, and Puerto Rico, she’s multicultural by design, and the one language she hopes to master one day is Corsican. At OLI, she’s leading our mission to provide high-quality communication services for purpose-driven organizations.

Rich Sutton
Committee Chair: Technology & Infrastructure
With 30 years of experience in the corporate side of the localization industry, Rich is an expert in the field. During this journey, he has gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by at-risk and underserved communities through exposure to different cultures. He now leverages his expertise to support organizations working to help these groups.

With a passion for translation and human rights, Chinthi combines clarity, empathy, and organizational strength to turn every project into a meaningful collaboration, where people unite to make a positive impact through their shared skills.

Sherif Abuzid
Committee Chair: Member Success & Development
Sherif combines his extensive experience in translation, localization project management, and SEO translation with a passion for developing the next generation of localization talent and mentoring new translators. At OLI, he is charge of Elevate, our community platform for training and more.

Yuna Guillamot
Committee Chair: Program Operations
As a translator by trade, Yuna has been around multilingualism all her life. From her trilingual childhood home to her language studies at university, there hasn’t been a time where she hasn’t heard or spoken at least three languages.

Bobby Pacewicz
Mental Health Coach
Bobby is a mental health coach for OLI, providing peer support to volunteers working on emotionally taxing documents. As a registered nurse and social worker, she is uniquely equipped to provide a safe space for our volunteers to thrive.
Sustaining Members
This membership is for both individuals and corporations who provide the financial support that sustains our mission. By paying an annual fee, sustaining members ensure we can maintain our operational infrastructure, invest in our services, and continue to empower other nonprofits to do good in the world.
