Meet Our Members

At OLI, our strength comes from our community of dedicated members. Whether you are a language enthusiast, a seasoned professional, or simply passionate about our mission, there is a place for you. We recognize three distinct types of membership, each playing a vital role in helping us provide pro-bono services to other nonprofits and achieve our goals.

Volunteer Members

Our volunteers are the heart of OLI. This free membership is for individuals who contribute their skills in translation, graphic design, and web development to support our client projects. By signing up, you directly help other nonprofits expand their reach and impact.

Contributing Members

Tanya Quintieri

Interim Chief Operating Officer

Tanya is a multipreneur with more than two decades of experience as a language service provider. As a US citizen with roots in Germany, Lithuania, and Puerto Rico, she’s multicultural by design, and the one language she hopes to master one day is Corsican. At OLI, she’s leading our mission to provide high-quality communication services for purpose-driven organizations.

With 30 years of experience in the corporate side of the localization industry, Rich is an expert in the field. During this journey, he has gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by at-risk and underserved communities through exposure to different cultures. He now leverages his expertise to support organizations working to help these groups.

Bobby is a mental health coach for OLI, providing peer support to volunteers working on emotionally taxing documents. As a registered nurse and social worker, she is uniquely equipped to provide a safe space for our volunteers to thrive.
