Our Statutory Board

The Statutory Board is the executive body of the Open Language Initiative (OLI) and is responsible for managing the association’s activities and representing it in all legal and financial matters. The board is also tasked with implementing decisions made by the General Assembly, managing assets, maintaining the membership list, and preparing the annual report and budget. The board will initially consist of a President, but can be increased by the General Assembly at any time by a simple majority vote.

Open Board Positions

At our upcoming General Assembly, we are proposing to expand our board to a three-member Statutory Board to include the roles of Vice President and Treasurer. These new roles will help us better manage our growing operations and implement our mission.
