Our Statutory Board

The Statutory Board is the executive body of the Open Language Initiative (OLI) and is responsible for managing the association’s activities and representing it in all legal and financial matters. The board is also tasked with implementing decisions made by the General Assembly, managing assets, maintaining the membership list, and preparing the annual report and budget.
