What Does a Contributing Member Do?
Contributing Members are the backbone of OLI, leading and serving on our operational committees. You will use your professional experience to manage one of the internal functions of the association.
We are actively seeking experts for roles across our key committees:
- Technology & Infrastructure:
Managing our web presence, securing data, and maintaining our essential project platforms.
- Volunteer Services & Program Operations:
Streamlining client intake, refining quality control processes, and optimizing project management workflows.
- Member Success & Development:
Building training curricula, managing professional development, and supporting volunteer well-being.
- Grants & Funding:
Researching grant opportunities, writing proposals, and managing fundraising campaigns.
- Outreach & Partnerships:
Establishing strategic alliances with clients, sponsors, and academic partners.
- Membership Communication:
Managing the newsletter, creating content for social media, and developing internal communications strategies.
